The Challenge

Buyers ask one thing first: what's still available?

RB Izgradnja builds apartment buildings in Bijeljina and sells the apartments itself, from an office on the main square. There's no agency in between, so the site has to show what's for sale and put buyers in touch with the sales team.

Before finishes or materials, a buyer wants to know which apartments are left, on which floor and how big they are. That list changes with every sale. A site that falls behind sends people to apartments that are already sold, and that can leave a buyer frustrated and disappointed.

The brief came down to three goals:

  1. Show what's still for sale in every building, floor by floor.
  2. Keep the listings easy to update after every sale.
  3. Turn interest in an apartment into a meeting at the office.

The Approach

  1. From the building to the floor plan

Buyers pick a location first, so the home page navigation leads straight to the list of building locations. A building page has a table for each floor, with the rooms, the floor area and the status of every apartment. Status is the only colour in the table, green for available and red for sold.

Each row links to the apartment's floor plan. It opens over the table, buyers can zoom in to read the room sizes, and closing it brings them back to the same row.

Three phones with rbizgradnja.ba: the building list, the Profesora Mačkića page with its render, and its ground floor and first floor tables
  2. One change when an apartment sells

Each apartment is entered once, with its floor, rooms, area, plan and status. When one sells, a single change to its status turns its row red for the next visitor.

The site sorts apartments into floors by itself, from the floor number on each one. A new building is one more entry with its render and its apartments, and it gets its own page without any new code.

The building list on the rbizgradnja.ba home page, with the cards for Profesora Mačkića and Dimitrija Tucovića 19
  3. From a floor plan to a meeting

There's no online reservation. The next step is a meeting at the office, so a "Book a meeting" button sits in the header of every page. It opens the contact page and scrolls straight to the form, which asks whether the visitor is interested in an apartment, a garage space or something else.

Every page ends with the office address, two phone numbers and an email, and a map to Trg Kralja Petra.

Three phones with rbizgradnja.ba: the menu with its Book a meeting button, the meeting form it opens, and the contact details at the end of the page

Where It Stands

Since the first building went into the listings in January 2024, the site has grown to seven, and we still look after it.

Two more followed in 2024, two in 2025 and two in 2026, the latest, Profesora Mačkića, in June. None of them needed a change to the code.

We add new buildings and update each apartment's status after a sale. RB Izgradnja's staff can make the same changes themselves, and we help when they need it.

Building or selling property?

Your plans and a list are all we need to start. We'll build a site where buyers find what suits them on their own, and call you once they know what they want.
