Who we are

This site is run by Digitalna kreativna agencija “IDMS” Dejan Mitrović s.p. Bijeljina, Baje Stanišića 106, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and we are responsible for the personal data collected through it. Contact: info@idms-it.com, +387 66 630 220.

Contact form

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address (required, as we cannot reply without them),
• your company name, the service you are interested in, your budget and a message, if you provide them.

We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

If we do not start working together, we delete the enquiry within 2 years. If we do, it is kept for as long as the work and the law require.

Visit statistics

We measure visits with an analytics service that does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. It records the pages visited, the site you came from, your browser, device type, approximate location and certain clicks on the page. We use it to see how the site is used. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing this.

Server logs

The hosting provider’s server records the IP address, time and browser of each visit, to keep the site secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working site. The data is deleted after a limited period.

Who has access to your data

Personal data is available to our team and to the service providers that run the site for us (hosting, email and visit statistics). Some of these providers are located outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the European Union and the United States. Transfers to them rely on the safeguards the law provides.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• have it corrected or deleted,
• restrict its processing,
• object to its processing,
• receive the data you gave us in a common electronic format (portability).
