The Challenge
Every spec sheet, in two languages
Petrix represents CLAAS, Amazone and 15 other machinery manufacturers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Besides sales, it runs a service workshop, a spare-parts department and transport for oversized loads. It doesn't sell online, so the site has to get each visitor to the right person.
Farmers choose machines by their specs. A single seeder page needs photos, a spec list, a full technical table, a PDF brochure and sometimes a video. All of it has to be there in Serbian and in English.
The brief came down to three goals:
- Make a large technical catalogue easy to browse, in both languages.
- Make every product page lead to a sales conversation.
- Give the staff control over the products and their specs.
The Approach
-
From brand to the exact model
Buyers start with the brand, then the type of machine, then the model, and the catalogue follows the same path. On desktop, pointing at a brand in the menu opens its categories. On a phone, each step is its own page, with links above the title back to the brand and category. Switching languages keeps the visitor on the same machine.
-
Every page leads to the right person
A product page answers the questions a buyer would otherwise call about. When they're ready, a "Request a quote" button next to the specs takes them to the contact form, which is forwarded to the sales team.
For service or parts, the team page lists staff by department, each with a direct number and email. The numbers for general enquiries, spare parts and service are in the footer of every page.

Product entry made easy
We built the dashboard so Petrix staff can easily manage products, promotions, used machinery, the team page and news. They add a new product in four guided steps, with the Serbian and English fields side by side. With a smart, innovative approach, one click gives them a draft translation of the content into English.
The technical table works like a small spreadsheet. Staff can import a CSV from Excel or paste a spec list from a manufacturer's brochure. A row with a single filled cell becomes a heading, so they can group specs under "Engine" or "Transmission".
We also built the server the site and the dashboard run on. It keeps every product in both languages, with its photos and PDF brochure.
Where It Stands
Since November 2025 the catalogue has grown from 156 to 181 products, and we still look after it.
That November we added the 17th manufacturer and a promotions section, where Petrix runs time-limited offers on the home page and category pages. In April 2026 we set up new categories, including Strautmann's, and in August we put a new video on the home page.
We add new machines, offers and used machinery as they come in, and keep the team page up to date. Petrix staff can make the same changes in the dashboard themselves.

Your products are in Excel, but not online?
That list is enough to start with. We'll turn it into a catalogue in your languages, where every page leads buyers to your sales team.
